Find inner peace, feel your power and light your fire and feel more confident in being yourself

About me

With over two decades in corporate leadership, recruitment and large-scale events, I’ve lived life in the fast lane and learned the value of slowing down, tuning in and shifting perspective.

Who is Vicky Bodhani?

I’m a 46 year old ex-Londoner, now living in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire with my 2 kiddos and husband. I love being in nature and I love dancing whether in nightclub, my kitchen, my bedroom, my garden, in the car, waiting in a queue… you get the picture! I talk fast, I swear when I’m excited (which is often) and I believe life is meant to be lived and felt, not rushed through on autopilot.

I’m deeply curious about human potential and obsessed with what becomes possible when women stop running on adrenaline and start living from alignment, embodiment and purpose.

If you’re a woman with a full diary, endless demands, a can-do attitude and a big heart but often feel depleted, disconnected and quietly questioning “what is this all for?” you’re in the right place!

Ready to step into your full, embodied power?

My Mission

My work is rooted in personal experience: relationship breakdowns, career pivots, market crashes and life-threatening illness. I help women step out of survival mode and autopilot and into embodiment, empowerment and conscious success—so they don’t have to wait for a crisis to create change.

I combine coaching, neural programming, nervous system regulation and embodiment practices because sustainable success isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving through life with awareness, connection and conscious choice.

What I Can Help You Achieve

As your embodiment and empowerment coach, I’ll help you:

  • Slow the mental chaos and feel peace.

  • Access new levels of consciousness and feeling.

  • Move from collapsing or numbing to cope.

  • Breakthrough what’s been holding you back.

  • Be open to opportunities you can’t yet see.

  • Take bold, sustainable action.

So you can stop burning out, stop numbing out and start living a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

And yes… there will be laughter, movement, dancing, deep moments, f*ck-yeah breakthroughs and the occasional swear word.

You don’t have to compromise and dim your light.

Listening to my heart - Believing there is another way

Fresh out of university, I joined the Civil Service Fast Track Programme at the DWP. I was ready to grow but quickly became disillusioned by the lack of dynamism, innovation and vision. I could have shrugged and compromised, after all it was a “good job” with a pension, but my heart said otherwise.

I left the perceived safety of that role and followed curiosity and adventure. Temp contracts and new experiences made me feel fully alive. That energy led to life-changing opportunities, including meeting my now-husband!

Returning from a round-the-world adventure with no job and no money, I followed my intuition to return to uni to study psychology. Serendipity led to a part time job in recruitment to pay the bills, which evolved into a career I loved and thrived in.

I learned early: trust yourself, follow what feels true and things will work out.

You don’t have to know where you are going to know it’s the right direction.

What you’re open to finds you

In 2008, the financial crisis hit and recruitment froze. I used it as an opportunity to hone resilience and deepen leadership and coaching skills. A client noticed my positivity and invited me for coffee—what seemed like a throw away compliment became a real opportunity once I was open to it.

This led to a pivot into events: producing major experiences, including launching the first Big Feastival with Alex James & Jamie Oliver. High energy, high pressure, high adrenaline—I loved it.

But as always, life kept moving and my next pivot came with becoming a mother.

Motherhood and career challenges

Writing my own story

Motherhood brought joy and challenges. When my company was acquired by a larger corporation with different values, I faced a choice: compromise my priorities or stand up for for what mattered.

I refused to let them write my story. Despite feeling the most vulnerable I ever had up to now, with my fight or flight system on high alert, I stood my ground and looked for alternative opportunities.

After a phone call, a lunch meeting and some negotiation, I secured a flexible, exciting and fulfilling role back with my recruitment family! Ultimately leading to a role as Chief Operating Officer, balancing leadership, family and personal growth.

You never know what’s around the corner

Life Changing Moments: Pandemic and Cancer

Just when life seemed like a feel-good action movie, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Everything changed in an instant.

That experience forced me to slow down, listen to my body and re-evaluate my values. I discovered the profound connection between mind, nervous system, embodiment and healing. Everything I knew about performance, leadership and personal development gained new depth.

Before or after burnout, breakdown
or illness.

My Personal Transformation

I immersed myself in meditation, visualisation, neural programming, breathwork, epigenetics, somatics, embodiment practices, Qoya and ecstatic dance. This journey has been transformational.

I feel lighter, freer and fully present in my own skin. I make conscious, empowered choices about where to put my energy, when to rest and when to go all in. I operate from possibility and help other women do the same—creating lives that are aligned, embodied and fulfilling.
